What if I am neither happy nor sad
Swapna K Is everything okay? Am I Happy? Am I Sad? I am not both.....then ? Are both happiness and sorrow, true or illusion? Do they exist? Is Happiness good? Is Sorrow bad? Happiness gives pleasure. Sorrow gives pain. Both are thoughts. And I am not those thoughts. Identification with both gives bondage. They are not me. I see them from a distance. I am not happy ..... I am not sad I am also not neutral. Because I am vapour in the universe Who is free from happiness n sorrow. It's okay if happiness is there also its okay if sorrow is there Because evrything is okay. Evrything exists and at the same time it does not exist. So naman to reality.....naman to illusion naman to me....naman to you.....naman to one consciousness between you n me.
